Uxibox Refund Policy

At Uxibox, we strive to provide the best delivery experience. However, we understand that issues may arise, and refunds may be necessary under specific conditions. Below is our refund policy for different service categories.


1. General Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

  • Order Cancellation by Uxibox or Merchant: If an order is cancelled due to unavailability, merchant error, or operational issues.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If the order received is incomplete, incorrect, or different from what was placed.
  • Damaged or Expired Items: If an item arrives in poor condition, expired, or damaged beyond usability.
  • Late Delivery (if applicable): If the delivery time significantly exceeds the estimated time, leading to spoilage or non-usable condition.

Refunds are NOT granted for:

  • Change of mind after order processing.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
  • Incorrect orders due to customer input errors (wrong address, incorrect items selected, etc.).

2. Refund Policy by Service Category

📌 Food Orders

  • No refunds for dissatisfaction with taste, portion size, or spice level.
  • Refunds are only available if food is spoilt, incorrect, or missing from the order.
  • Delivery Delays: If food arrives more than 60 minutes late, a partial refund may be issued based on the delay duration.

📌 Grocery & Online Shopping Orders

  • Refunds for missing, expired, or damaged items only.
  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and unused for refunds.

📌 Pharmacy Orders

  • No refunds for opened or used medication.
  • Refunds are allowed only if the wrong medication is delivered or if items are expired.
  • Refund requests must be made within 12 hours of delivery.

📌 Courier Services (Package Delivery)

  • Refunds apply if the package is damaged or lost due to Uxibox's negligence.
  • No refunds if the package is lost due to incorrect recipient details provided by the customer.
  • Claim requests for courier issues must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must request refunds via the Uxibox app or website within the specified time frame.
  • Supporting photos/videos may be required as proof of the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued as credit to the Uxibox Wallet or returned to the original payment method.
